Description :
This is a highly detailed CAD Model of Industrial Hydraulic Trolley . This hydrualic trolley is used to pick up the material to transport along with wood pallet.
I have made this design by understanding each mechanism involve in the trolley. It was a fantastic learning experience by overcoming different challenges throughout the design.
Model consists of : 1.handle to move the trolley by hand. 2.Lever to operate the hydrualic system. 3. Spring system to keep the force applied on the handle helps to keep it on initial postion. 4. Foot pedal to helps lower the load on the destination. 5. Roller wheel on front to help take the load on front side of fork. 6. Back wheel 7. Smaller front wheel 8. Front roller wheel mechanism which is used to constraint wheel to the ground when the fork is lifted
